Gwen Bailey

Gwen Bailey has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Server/Restaurant Trainer at Auburn University Hotel and Conference Center, where they waited tables, delivered room service, and trained new employees. In 2015, they joined Vaco as a Recruiting Specialist and eventually worked their way up to Recruiting Manager and Recruiting Team Lead. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at CKE Restaurants, Inc., holding various roles in talent acquisition and human resources, including Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, Corporate and Systems, and Human Resources Business Partner. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Corcentric as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition.

Gwen Bailey obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Health Services Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in French Studies from Auburn University between 2010 and 2014. In October 2020, they obtained a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
