Matt Smith

Matt Smith is a Technical Support Specialist at Corcentric, where responsibilities include enhancing customer satisfaction through effective troubleshooting and communication, as well as gathering product feedback for improvement. Previously, Matt served as a Music Teacher at Stuart M. Townsend Elementary School, significantly increasing material comprehension and managing events with large attendance, and at Indian Lake Central School, where collaboration with senior leadership improved stakeholder experiences. Early career experiences included roles as a Seasonal Intern at New York State Bridge Authority and various educational positions, including Student Teacher and Teaching Assistant, which contributed to a solid foundation in music education. Matt holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Teacher Education and Music Performance from the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
