Stephanie Blecha

Stephanie Blecha, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Stephanie currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Corcentric, a global provider of procurement and finance solutions. In this role, they work closely with business leaders to identify pain points and develop customized solutions.

Prior to joining Corcentric, Stephanie served as the Human Resources Manager at Sonova Group from 2016 to 2019. Stephanie also held the position of Human Resources Generalist at the same company from 2014 to 2016.

Before their time at Sonova Group, Stephanie served as the Human Resources Manager at Fox Valley Fire and Safety from 2012 to 2014.

Stephanie began their career at The Bon Ton Stores Inc. in various roles, including Executive Assistant to the Regional Vice President, Human Resource Assistant/Manager in Customer Service, Sales Area Manager, and Assistant Area Sales Manager.

Stephanie Blecha, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Loras College, which they obtained from 2001 to 2004. Stephanie later pursued their Masters in Management and Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, and Organizational Development from Benedictine University, completing it from 2010 to 2012. Stephanie has also obtained certifications in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development in 2012, and in April 2023, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
