Utsav Dhar is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in data analytics, manpower planning, and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Senior Manager - Data Analytics and Manpower Planning at Corcentric since October 2021, Utsav has successfully led initiatives in statistical analytics, digital transformation, and customer experience enhancement through the implementation of cloud-based project management and CRM systems. Previous roles include Workforce and Analytics Manager at Corcentric, A. Manager of Manpower Planning and Business Intelligence at IndiGo, and Assistant Manager at Cvent and Genpact, where Utsav excelled in demand forecasting, resource planning, and operational adherence. Utsav holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Hindustan College and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Data Science and Analytics from Manipal University Jaipur.
