John Simone

John Simone's work experience includes serving as the Chief Operating Officer at the Cord Meyer Development Company starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Development at Mattone Investors from 2019 to 2022. John also had a long tenure at NAI Long Island, where they started in 1991 and held the role of Managing Partner. During their time at NAI Long Island, they played a crucial role in the firm's growth, completing significant sales and leasing transactions and overseeing profitable real estate investment deals.

John Simone studied Mechanical Engineering at Bucknell University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. Additionally, they hold a certification as a NYS Designated Receiver.
