Founded in 2004 by Alessandro Santarossa and Giovanni Scirè Risichella, with Elisabetta Fava joining the firm in 2025, Corde Architetti tackles various aspects of architecture in both the public and private sectors, ranging from urban regeneration projects to the refurbishment of existing buildings, from new-build projects to the design of museum exhibitions. The firm conducts applied research through a well-established team of professionals and teaches architectural design at the Faculty of Architecture in Ferrara. Since 2021, the firm’s operational headquarters, comprising ten people, has been a former marble workshop converted into an office complex in Sacile (PN).
