Jonathan Schaa

Jonathan Schaa currently serves as Plant Manager at Corden Pharma, a role commenced in October 2023. Previously, Jonathan held the position of Manager of Drug Substance Manufacturing at Cambrex from December 2022 to October 2023. From June 2014 to September 2022, Jonathan was the Director of Operations and Plant Manager at Ampio Pharmaceuticals, focusing on production scheduling, SOP creation, and quality systems input. Prior experience includes serving as Technical Training Specialist and Manufacturing Manager at Hospira, where responsibilities included the implementation of the TrackWise training system and assessing the manufacturing training program from August 2008 to June 2014. Earlier in Jonathan's career, at Syntex/Hoffman La Roche, from August 1992 to August 2008, Jonathan was a Production Supervisor and Analytical Lab Technician, overseeing the operations of manufacturing and pilot plant scale processes while managing a team of technicians. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Colorado State University.
