One contractor who will own the complexity of day-to-day IT operations so your personnel can focus on the mission, not the maintenance.

CORDEV has supported U.S. Army installation telecommunications and IT since 1988. The company was founded to support customers' mission-critical requirements under Directorates of Information Management at Army posts. The Army consolidated those post-level services under the Information Management and Communications Services (IMCS) program in 2003. As our customers' requirements expanded and those directorates were reorganized as Network Enterprise Centers under NETCOM, CORDEV expanded its capabilities to encompass the enterprise IT and telecommunications work we deliver today, with both streams as co-equal capability areas.

Once customers have CORDEV on contract, they tend to want us to stay. Fort Dix, New Jersey is the clearest case: CORDEV held continuous operations and maintenance responsibility from 1996 through 2024, a 28-year run during which the installation became part of Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst and CORDEV bridged more than five recompetes without a break in service.

CORDEV holds an active Top Secret Facility Clearance. 100% of our technical workforce holds Secret clearance or above. CORDEV is CMMC Level 2 (self-certified); ISO 9001:2015 certification is issuing June 2026. Our technical workforce is compliant with DoD Manual 8140.03, the current DoD cyber workforce qualification standard, with Security+ and CISSP certifications held on staff. Over 38 years, CORDEV has delivered on more than 145 prime contract and task-order awards across standalone installation contracts, the IMCS program (I through IV), and adjacent Army work, at 40+ Army installations.

CORDEV is a Small Business; Women-Owned Small Business certification is in progress. Primary NAICS: 541519. Prime position on IMCS IV, a $900 M Army IDIQ for information management and communications services.
