Michael Condon is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in site reliability engineering and systems integration. Currently serving as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Cordial since December 2025, Michael previously worked at Act-On Software from July 2021 to November 2025, where contributions included establishing SRE practices and enhancing machine learning capabilities.
