Leon Kusters has extensive experience in engineering and project management, having served as the Lead Development Engineer at Fokker Landing Gear B.V. from 2011 to 2017, where they coordinated a team and managed complex test rig projects. They held various roles including Technical Manager at Cordstrap and Project Manager at Sioux Technologies, focusing on high-tech systems development and process improvement. As Chair of the CTO-club zuid, Leon currently connects industry professionals to enhance technological collaboration, while also teaching mathematics at Elzendaalcollege. Leon graduated with an MSc in Applied Physics from Eindhoven University of Technology in 2006.
