Mark Fetzer

Mark Fetzer serves as the President and Managing Director of SVN | Core 3 since November 2021 and also holds the position of President and Managing Broker at Core 3 Property Management, a role maintained since 2011. Core 3 encompasses three divisions: property management, landscaping and maintenance, and construction services. Mark's prior experience includes a role as Operations Manager at Central Illinois Properties in 2011. Mark Fetzer is academically qualified with a Master’s Degree in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from Michigan State University (2016-2017), a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Illinois Springfield (2008-2011), and an Associate of Arts from Heartland Community College (2007-2008).
