Lucas McCann

Lucas McCann is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and strategic growth within the association sector. Currently serving as President and CEO of Core Affinity since July 2018, Lucas oversees the development and management of affinity programs that enhance member insights for associations. As President and Owner of Big Red M since September 2021, Lucas focuses on driving revenue growth through direct sales strategies. Additionally, Lucas is a Partner at Core Adventures and previously held the position of Principal at EDGE Workplace, where the emphasis was on transforming communication within workforces. Earlier experience includes a decade-long role as Director of Finance & Operations at Meridian One. Lucas holds a B.A. in Economics from William & Mary.
