Eric Frank is a Senior Solutions Architect at Core BTS since October 2019, with expertise in presales, architectural design, and customer relationship management. Previously, Eric served as a Microsoft Services Technical Consultant at Integration Partners, specializing in Exchange Hybrid migrations and Azure SSO implementations. Prior experience includes working as a System Engineer at Aptera Software, Inc., focusing on Office 365 migrations and server monitoring, and as an Assistant Network Administrator at Professional Federal Credit Union, where network support and software maintenance were primary responsibilities. Eric holds an education from Ivy Tech Community College, completed between 2011 and 2014.
