Lindsey Schmidt

Lindsey Schmidt is currently the Director of Human Resources & Organizational Development at Core BTS, a leading IT consulting firm and managed services provider. Lindsey has been with the company since April 2012, and in their current role they are responsible for strategic leadership in all facets of human resources & organizational development, total rewards strategy, direction and execution, recruitment & retention process execution, onboarding & offboarding and retention initiative building, employee relations, relationship building, coaching & mentoring, negotiation & compensation administration, facilitation & training development, benefits analysis, implementation & administration, and organizational development including endurance planning & leadership development.

Prior to joining Core BTS, Lindsey was a Senior Recruiter at Spectrum Brands from December 2010 to April 2012.

Lindsey Schmidt earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
