Building on our research and in the field workshop experiences, we are dedicated to working at two levels simultaneously - changing the systems and structures that inhibit Gender Equity AND at the same time working with women so they can reconnect with their powerful inner resource - Core Confidence.

Our book includes the model we developed with clients and is full of practical how-to's and 'Be your own coach' questions. We are currently piloting our CC Online Program - Acts of Confidence. 
Keen to connect with others and organisations that are also interested in supporting the career progression of women and building the talent pool so that women are equally represented at the most senior levels of society.
