Rob Osborn

Rob Osborn currently serves as the Director of Business Development at CORE Electric Cooperative, a position held since February 2022. Prior to this role, Rob held various managerial positions at Colorado Springs Utilities, focusing on Economic Development and Issues Management from July 2019 to February 2022. Rob's extensive experience at Xcel Energy spanned over a decade, where responsibilities included Managing Director and Director of Strategic Revenue Initiatives and Corporate Economic Development, as well as Director of Regulatory Affairs and Government and Community Relations. Rob's educational background includes a Doctor of Law (JD) in Real Estate Development from Suffolk University Law School, a certification in Construction Project Management from The University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering from Temple University.
