Irfan Khan has over 16 years of experience in managing full P&L, performance improvement, technical operations, information technology, sales, marketing, finance, human resources, and supply chain management in healthcare organizations. Irfan has held senior executive roles in various companies, including CORE Diagnostics as the Regional Sales Head, Gene Life Microbiology Laboratory as the Head of Sales, SMILES International Institute of Colo Proctology as an Associate General Manager in Business Development, Vardhan Fertility Laproscopy and Women's care centre as an Assistant General Manager, Metropolis Healthcare as a Marketing Manager, Diabetacare as a Key Account Manager, and Agappe Diagnostics Ltd as a Manager of Diagnostic Specialties. Irfan has demonstrated expertise in expanding businesses, setting up new units, turning around underperforming businesses, profit center management, cost control, retail operations, sales and marketing, efficiency improvement, and people management.

Irfan Khan started their education at Al-Ameen Arts, Science & Commerce College, Hosur Road, Bangalore-27, where they pursued their PUC degree from 2002 to 2004. Irfan then enrolled in B N M Institute of Technology in Bangalore, where they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from 2004 to 2007. Following this, Irfan pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management, General, at B N M Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2014.
