Iris Lopez-Davis is a senior improvement specialist at CORE DISTRICTS, bringing a decade of education experience focused on universal design, restorative justice, and emotional literacy within student-centered environments. Previously, Iris served as a founding 7th-grade English teacher and a 9th-grade English teacher, where they led curriculum development and professional training for faculty. Iris held roles as a post-baccalaureate fellow at the Carnegie Foundation, as well as student teacher positions in multiple schools, and interned as a business analyst at Target. Iris earned a Master’s Degree in Secondary English from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Harvard University.
