Gerard Cook

Gerard Cook is a Partner at Core Five, an independent construction cost consultancy established in 2012. With 23 years of experience at Davis Langdon, including 11 years as a Partner, they served as Head of the Private Residential Sector and later as Head of London. Gerard specializes in medium to large-scale residential and commercial mixed-use developments, working with notable clients such as Native Land and the Berkeley Group. They hold a BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying and an MSc in Project Management from the University of Greenwich.
