Jon Spencer-Hall

Jon Spencer-Hall is a Partner at Core Five LLP, specializing in the cost management of complex schemes. Since joining Core Five in 2013, they have primarily focused on residential-led mixed-use developments, contributing to high-profile projects such as Bankside Yards and collaborations with prominent clients. Prior to this role, Jon accumulated significant experience at Davis Langdon, where they served in various surveying roles, including Project Surveyor, and was notably involved in the Shard project at London Bridge. Jon holds multiple degrees in Mathematics and Surveying, including a Master of Science from The University of Reading and a BA (Hons) from the University of Cambridge.
