Richard Bates

Richard Bates is currently the Digital Development Lead at CoreFive cost consultants and a guest lecturer at the University of Reading, focusing on BIM and Cost Management. They have held various roles in the industry, including Associate Director and CM BIM Manager at Turner & Townsend alinea and CAD & BIM Manager at Davis Langdon, an AECOM Company. Richard has extensive experience in managing BIM projects, providing technical advice, and developing training programs in CAD and BIM software. They have also lectured at Kingston University and the University of Westminster, sharing their knowledge of BIM and Quantity Surveying with students.
