Caroline Heap

Caroline Heap is an accomplished Human Resource Executive with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving at Core Group Southern Africa since April 2008, Caroline oversees the Human Resources department, supporting a rapidly growing consumer electronics firm that partners with Apple Inc. Prior experience includes a role as National Human Resource Manager for Queenspark, where management encompassed over 50 stores, as well as a Training Manager position at Shoprite Hyper focusing on managerial and non-managerial training. Earlier in Caroline's career, experience as a Store Manager at Edcon involved overseeing 18 cosmetic houses, and as Foods Department Manager at Woolworths involved managing both perishable and non-perishable food products. Caroline's educational background includes a degree in Marketing and Sales from the University of Johannesburg and a postgraduate qualification in Labour Law from GIMT.
