Matthew Grose

Matthew Grose is an experienced executive currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Core Group Southern Africa since February 2017. Prior to this role, Grose held the position of Commercial Director at Core Group Africa from March 2013 to February 2017 and General Manager at Core Gaming Systems between January 2008 and March 2013. Grose’s earlier experience includes roles as Sales & Marketing Director at Gallaher South Africa and various sales and marketing positions at Gallaher UK, where responsibilities spanned from National Account Manager to Sales & Marketing Manager in the Cigar Division. Grose served as a Lieutenant in the Royal Navy from September 1991 to August 1996. Educational qualifications include a BSc Hons in Urban Estate Management from the University of Westminster, alongside additional education at Canford School, Peter Symonds Sixth Form College, and West Hill Park Prep School.
