CORE Gymnastics is a health, wellness and fitness company based out of 3238 Clarkson Rd, Greensboro, North Carolina, 27410.

Our Mission:

At CORE Gymnastics, we strive to help children build strength and character through basic and fundamental gymnastics. We provide a safe, positive and challenging environment where children can learn to work through their failures and frustrations and turn them into learning opportunities and successes.

Why Gymnastics?

Gymnastics is an activity that all children should participate in. Children who do gymnastics on a regular basis learn how to have fun and be safe with movement while increasing flexibility, building strength, learning how to take risks, and improving hand-eye coordination- all which will result in better performance in any other sport. In addition to the physical benefits, gymnastics also helps improve focus and concentration, helps build time-management skills and improves cognitive ability.

CORE Values

Gymnastics improves strength, balance, coordination, agility and flexibility. The physical skills learned in gymnastics help prepare children for any sport.

We believe gymnastics is not just an activity for the elite few. At CORE we aim to offer gymnastics as a recreational activity available to all children. Gymnastics is a fun way to introduce a healthy, active lifestyle at a young age.

DEVELOPING A HEALTHY, ACTIVE LIFESTYLE AND...

...building confidence and enhancing independence!

Giving Children a Voice

At CORE Gymnastics, we believe now, more than ever, that it is important to empower children to have their own voices. Children need to be heard and listened to. We are committed to creating an atmosphere where our gymnasts feel safe, comfortable and able to communicate their feelings.
