Emily Pearson

Emily Pearson is an experienced professional in the field of learning and development, currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Core Highways since March 2025. In addition, Emily holds the position of Vice Chair on the Leadership Team of the South West Apprenticeship Ambassador Network since March 2024 and serves as a member of the Board of Directors at the Devon Chamber of Commerce since July 2022. Previously, Emily worked as an Apprenticeship Manager at Pennon Group Plc from July 2023 to March 2025 and contributed to the Torbay Business Forum as an Executive Board Member from November 2019 to October 2024. Emily's extensive experience at South Devon College spanned from October 2006 to July 2023, where roles included Head of Business Solutions, Head of Apprenticeships & Employer Engagement, and various training positions. Emily's career began as a Dental Nurse at Cleardental from January 2001 to October 2006, following education at Brixham College.
