Simon has held various leadership positions at companies such as Core Highways, Forest Traffic Services Ltd, Milestone Infrastructure, Dyer & Butler, Skanska, and Atkins. Simon holds an MEng (Hons) degree in Civil Engineering from Cardiff University.
