Currently serving as Managing Director for Core Highways, Steve previously held the role of Managing Director - South & Group Head of Learning, Development, and Technical Training at Chevron Traffic Management Ltd, where they increased annual turnover to £65 million and implemented a successful Operational Excellence initiative. Steve also owned and managed A Cones Ltd, focusing on operational management and client partnerships. They are enhancing their expertise in customer relations by pursuing a Diploma in Customer Experience.
