Michael Kearney

Michael Kearney has a substantial background in finance and corporate governance, serving as a member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee at Fairmount Santrol since January 2015. Additionally, Kearney has held leadership roles at Frank's International and Core Laboratories, where responsibilities include Supervisory Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee. From January 2008 to June 2013, Kearney was President and Chief Executive Officer of DeepFlex, Inc., and previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Kearney holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Houston.
