Rick Miller

Rick Miller is an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in education management. They served in various leadership roles across multiple school districts, including Superintendent positions in Riverside, Santa Ana, Caldwell, Kelseyville, and Eastern Sierra Unified School Districts. Rick is currently the Principal at Franklin Classical School and a Board Member at the Consortium on Reaching Excellence in Education (CORE), as well as the Latino Film Institute's Youth Cinema Project. They also provide insights as a Board Member for Lancer Educational Housing Corporation and have a history of involvement with the K-12 National Advisory Council on Cybersecurity. Rick earned a PhD in Education from the University of Idaho and has been recognized for their skills in nonprofit organizations, coaching, and program evaluation.
