Tim Moorman

Tim Moorman is the Director of Real Estate at Core & Main, bringing extensive experience in operations and compliance from previous roles at various companies. They began their career in 2007 as an Internal Audit Intern at JC Penney Corporate and later worked as an Expense Analyst and Compliance Auditor at Forest Pharmaceuticals, Inc. In 2014, Tim transitioned to HD Supply as a Financial Analyst and Internal Auditor before taking on the Senior Manager of Operations position at Core & Main in 2018. Tim holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from Southeast Missouri State University.
