Ann O'Callaghan

Ann O'Callaghan has extensive work experience in human resources and talent management. Ann is currently the Chief People Officer at Core Optimisation, a digital marketing agency. Prior to this, Ann served as the HR Manager at Panalok and held roles in talent development and HR management at Stanley Black & Decker, Clare Local Development Company, Engine Lease Finance Corporation, Resilience Care, PennEngineering, and Shannon Engine Support Ltd. Ann also worked at Special Olympics Ireland as a Volunteer Manager and Mid West Regional Development Officer. Earlier in their career, Ann held positions in employee relations and HR generalist roles at Hewlett-Packard.

Ann O'Callaghan completed their education with a Master of Science degree in HR Leadership from Sheffield Hallam University in 2008-2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Personnel Management from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology between 2004 and 2006. Their earlier educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Studies degree from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology in 2000-2001, where they focused on HR and Marketing.
