Our team, which is headed by Jon Wells and professional Rugby Union player James Pritchard, offers an inspirational and unique fitness training plan, based within a state of the art facility in Sergeants Way, on the Elms Industrial Estate in Bedford. The complex  includes a cafe, shower and changing facilities as well as high calibre equipment capable of withstanding the rigours and pressure of even the most experienced world class athletes.
