Core Physio + Pilates was established in 2009, to provide a unique combination of Physiotherapy and Pilates. Over the years we have expanded and grown, adding new specialties, and becoming a market leader in the treatment of injury management, rehabilitation and ongoing fitness.

Our studio consists of a team of passionate Physiotherapists who provide exceptional care through detailed assessment, treatment and education for all clients. We ensure our clients receive the highest quality, evidence-based treatment.

We are just a hop, skip and a jump away from Elsternwick Station and close to multiple tram-stops. We know that half the battle for people juggling multiple commitments is finding a compatible time to come to classes and appointments. That’s why we have extended opening hours and a range of hours to suit everyone, whether you’re a morning person and want to tick Pilates off your list at 6.30am before work; whether you prefer an 8pm appointment once the kids are in bed; or whether you prefer a day-time or Saturday appointment to slot into your schedule.
