CORE is a project management company providing project advisory and management services to public and private sector clients on a broad range of projects. We pride ourselves on our responsiveness and reliability, which makes us trusted advisors to our numerous repeat clients. Our approach to the management of all projects is to provide an organized, fully planned, “big picture” and logical approach to the delivery of every project, so that we can ensure our clients’ core goals and needs are met and exceeded.

We seek to understand an organization’s aspirations so that we can find imaginative solutions that deliver what they need. We understand that project success means different things to each and every one of our clients – from budget and value for money, timely delivery, scope adherence, stakeholder management, life cycle costing to public reputation. However you define your core success, we will match our focus to yours to ensure that the goals that matter most to you are defined and achieved.

Principals Josh Henderson and Justin Pedley are uniquely qualified to act for owners in the development and delivery of all project types, as they understand all roles that are typically performed in a capital project. Combined, the two have acted and led projects acting in the role of general contractor, owner’s agent, and the Engineer of Record. This wide and varying depth of knowledge of these various roles allows Core to lead projects as the Owner’s Project Manager exceedingly well, as we know and understand the keys to success of all parties involved in a project.
