Core Results - conditioning and weight loss training, is  based in Chichester and specialises in fat loss and conditioning training. Our team has well over 30 years of industry experience, using tried and tested methods that really work. 

We are a personal training and Group exercise facility. We run our facility so that when members come to train, there is always a coach available to make sure they get the most out of their workouts. 

The coaching incorporates the use of all the fundamental movement patters needed to get you the results you want. We use Kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, ropes, TRX and all the other tools you need to move well, get strong and stay safe. 

We are keen advocates of improved health and fitness, but also acknowledge that some find the prospect of joining a gym daunting. We provide a non-judgemental and supportive environment and coach you to be the best you can be.
