Chris Green is a seasoned construction leader with over 15 years of experience in managing large-scale data center, industrial, and mission-critical builds. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Site Development at Core Scientific, they focus on developing state-of-the-art data centers tailored for high-performance computing and AI workloads. Previously, Chris held key roles at several companies including CoreSite, CenterPoint Properties, and Mortenson, where they successfully led multi-million-dollar projects from inception to completion. Chris possesses certifications such as LEED AP BD+C and Associate DBIA, and has a Master’s degree from Northwestern University.
