Previously, they held positions in various companies, including Greystar and Simply Self Storage, where they developed strong strategic and operational skills. Brad is also actively involved in LGBTQ+ community advocacy and is passionate about building inclusive, people-first communities. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Retail Management from Michigan State University.
