Jeff Schroeder

Jeff Schroeder is an experienced professional in asset management, currently serving as the Managing Director of Asset Management at Core Spaces since July 2025. Prior to this role, Jeff held the position of Vice President of Asset Management at CRG from October 2020 to July 2025 and served as Vice President at CA Ventures from September 2017 to October 2020. Jeff's career began at Heitman, where duties included oversight as Vice President and Senior Finance Manager from 2004 until September 2017, focusing on the financial reporting of three funds with total gross assets of $2.3 billion and managing day-to-day operations for various properties and partnership entities. Jeff holds a degree from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, having completed studies from 1999 to 2004.
