Nick Baseel, CIMA®, MSF, is currently the Director of Capital Formation at Core Spaces, focusing on Northeast coverage and the distribution of alternatives in high-end student housing and build-to-rent communities. Previously, Nick held positions at DWS Group as Vice President and Regional Vice President from 2011 to 2024, as well as Senior Account Executive at Great West Retirement Services from 2007 to 2011. Nick began their career as a Registered Representative at John Hancock in 2007. They earned a Master's degree in Finance from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Bryant University.
