Brian Richey

Brian Richey has over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. In 2004, they became the Owner of Fit 4 Life DC, a personal training studio which specializes in managing medical conditions through exercise. Brian held this role until 2012 when they became the Director of Education & Sports Medicine for Core Stix. In 2010, they also became an Instructor for the American Academy of Health, Fitness & Rehabilitation Professionals. In 2015, they began working as an Instructor for Balanced Body.

Brian Richey obtained a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 1998. Prior to that, they attended Roosevelt High School from 1985 to 1989.
