Paul Saer

Paul Saer has over 25 years of experience in technology consultancy and public sector management. Currently serving as Head of Public Sector at Core Technology Systems since November 2016, Paul leads business development initiatives across Central Government, Healthcare, and Emergency Services. Previously held positions include Client Director for Public Sector/Healthcare at Insight, Strategic Building Solutions at Schneider Electric, and Sector Manager for Central Government at Crown Commercial Service. Paul began their career at Harpur UK Ltd as an Account Manager and has held various sales and management roles in automotive and energy sectors. Paul holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The Open University and has further qualifications from the Institute of Car Fleet Management.
