At Core Therapy, we believe that mental health care should be accessible to everyone, no matter where you are. Founded during the challenging times of COVID-19, we began our journey with a simple mission: to provide compassionate, high-quality therapy to Californians in the comfort of their own homes. Over the years, we’ve grown from a small, dedicated team into a 30-strong network of therapists, serving over 350 clients each month. We’ve expanded our reach across California and are excited to continue helping individuals, couples, and families thrive through virtual therapy services.

Our commitment to inclusivity, accessibility, and care drives everything we do. Whether you're navigating anxiety, managing a relationship, or seeking support during life transitions, we are here for you. With no commute, no waitlists, and therapy available 7 days a week, our goal is to make mental health support as convenient and stress-free as possible. We’re not just a telehealth service; we are a partner in your wellness journey.
