Alaa Tuffaha

Alaa Tuffaha is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service management and business development. Currently serving as the Senior Services Manager and Head of Service Management at Injazat Data Systems since 2017, Alaa excels in building relationships with business leaders to align technology solutions with organizational strategies. Between 2005 and 2017, Alaa held the roles of Executive Service Delivery Manager and Account Manager, leading IT operations to achieve high-performing service delivery. In addition, Alaa is the Director of Business Development and Marketing at Dynamic Smart Solutions since July 2021. Prior roles include Senior System Administrator at Dolphin Energy and Project Leader at ITQAN Al Bawardi Computers, contributing to IT infrastructure projects and management across various sectors. Alaa holds a degree in Computer Science from Tennessee State University.
