Deepak Kum

Deepak Kum is a Senior ITSM EM Consultant at Core42, with a strong focus on leading ITSM services and solutions transition projects utilizing ITIL best practices, Kubernetes migration, and DevOps methodologies since January 2018. Previously, Deepak served as an ITSM Tech Lead at C4 Advanced Solutions, where responsibilities included designing and managing ITIL-based processes that improved service delivery. Other roles include Senior Software Engineer at Birlasoft, Technical Support Professional at HP Software, IT Consultant at ITC Infotech, and Senior System Integration Engineer at Wipro Infotech, among others. Deepak holds an MBA in Project Management from Jaipur National University and has a background in computer science and engineering, complemented by specialized courses in software technology.
