Deepu Thomas possesses extensive experience in cybersecurity, currently serving as a Lead Engineer and Cyber Security Consultant at Core42 since June 2018, where responsibilities include the implementation and administration of Cyber Fusion Center infrastructure, SIEM, SOAR, and Endpoint Detection and Response systems. Previous roles include Senior Information Security Consultant at Smartworld and Security Delivery Specialist at Dell EMC, where leadership in managing teams and cloud-based security services was demonstrated. Additionally, experience as a SIEM Security Correlation Engineer at IBM India focused on policy management and reducing false positives in SIEM systems. Deepu began a career in cybersecurity as Team Lead for SOC Services at Paladion Networks. Educational credentials include a degree in Computer Science from KMCT College of Engineering.
