Saad Aftab

Saad Aftab is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in information security compliance, governance, and risk management. Currently serving as the Cyber Fusion Center Manager at Core42 since August 2023, Saad Aftab fosters partnerships within the security community and provides advisory services for corporate cybersecurity initiatives. Prior to this role, Saad Aftab spent six years at ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, managing the Internal Audit and Assurance program within the Information Security Department. Previous positions include Senior Information Security GRC Consultant at Bank Albilad, Project Manager for Network Security at Saudi Hollandi Bank, and various engineering roles, including Network Security Analyst and Systems Engineer. Saad Aftab holds a BS in Computer Systems Engineering from the Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology.
