Siby R. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 2006, Siby worked as a Software Engineer at Infosys, where they were responsible for the maintenance and support of PEAS for banking customers. In 2012, they became a Key Account Manager at Jumbo Electronics Company Limited, managing strategic key accounts and driving sales of ICT products in the UAE. Siby then moved on to work at MarkAny Middle East as a Regional Sales Manager, where they were responsible for developing information protection strategies and expanding the reach of MarkAny Security Solutions across GCC. In 2015, they became a Sales Manager at Paramount Computer Systems, focusing on information security. Following that, they joined Tata Communications in 2017 as a Senior Manager in Enterprise Sales. Currently, Siby holds the role of Practice Lead- Cyber Defense at Core42, starting in 2021.

Siby R. pursued an MBA with a specialization in Marketing from Bradford University School of Management between the years 2009 and 2010. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics from Sanjeevani Education Societys College of Engineering, Kopargaon for the period of 2002 to 2006. Siby R. also attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1990 to 2002, where they focused on Mathematics and Computer Science for their High School education.
