David Bock

David Bock is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and education. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Development at Core4ce and Executive Director of the Loudoun Computer Science Initiative, David focuses on enhancing computer science education in K-12 schools. Past roles include Vice President of Engineering Operations at Decisiv, Inc., Principal Consultant at Excella and CodeSherpas, and Director of Engineering at LivingSocial. David has also served as President of the Northern Virginia Java Users Group and Editor for O'Reilly's OnJava.com. With a commitment to fostering tech talent and promoting industry best practices, David actively volunteers as a Teacher's Assistant at Loudoun County Public Schools, supporting students in computer science courses and competitions.
