Jim Granger is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with over 27 years of experience in defensive cyberspace operations and policy advisory roles. Currently serving as a Senior Cybersecurity Architect at Core4ce since October 2019, Granger supports the NIWC Atlantic Cybersecurity Service Provider and collaborates with key defense organizations including DODCIO and USCYBERCOM. Prior roles include Senior Associate at Arnold & Associates, Senior Policy Advisor and Strategic Director at Navy Cyber Defense Operations Command, and various technical leadership positions within the U.S. Navy, where Granger contributed to the establishment of vital cybersecurity capabilities and infrastructures. A graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences, Granger’s expertise spans both operational and strategic dimensions of cybersecurity.
