Lika MacFarlane, M.Ed., PMP, SHRM-CP is an accomplished Program Manager at Core4ce, beginning in May 2025, with a focus on NAVSEA and FMS initiatives. Lika holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Tbilisi State University and both a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a Graduate Certificate in E-Learning from George Mason University.
